Her approach, rooted in Owaken Breathwork training, creates a safe space for mental, emotional, physical, and energetic growth. This method uniquely blends ancient wisdom like Qi Gong with modern somatic healing.

Ashley is amazing at what she does! I went to her for a trim and to put some life back into my hair after not having a haircut in a year. Ashley has been doing my hair for about 8 years and is wonderful. I had just been through chemo and hadn’t seen her for months due to lack of hair. Not only was she empathetic to my recent hardship, she was very attentive to my new hair coming in and spending the time helping me figure out what my options were for the future. I have since had a hair cut, color, and highlights. It looks great and people who didn’t know what I had been though were unable to tell my hair had previously been all gray and thinned because of the chemo. Those who did know were shocked at how good it looks. Thanks Ashley. You are a marvelous stylist and a hell of friend.
